The China Post - The U.S. government has arranged for President Chen Shui-bian's latest transit stops in the United States according to its longstanding policy and practice, a U.S. State Department official said Wednesday. Washington has refused to allow Chen to stop over in major U.S. cities other than Anchorage, Alaska for his latest visit to Central America.
